The Support Worker will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalised support tailored to their needs. Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
  • Support clients in managing their behaviour and emotional well-being through effective behaviour management techniques.
  • Support clients to appointments or social activities as needed, ensuring their safety
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to implement care plans effectively.
  • Ensure a clean and safe living environment for clients by assisting with household tasks as required.
Skills
  • Experience in care, home care, or patient care is highly desirable but not essen tial as in-house training will be provided.
  • Ability to prepare meals that meet specific dietary needs while considering client preferences.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • A valid driving licence
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in maintaining client records and care plans.

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Worker to join our growing team on a full-time basis. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and those requiring domiciliary care and community support. You will play a key role in promoting independence, dignity, and well-being by delivering person-centred support tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
  • Offer emotional support and companionship, helping individuals build confidence and maintain a positive quality of life.
  • Support individuals to access community activities, appointments, education, and social opportunities.
  • Prepare nutritious meals in line with dietary requirements and personal preferences.
  • Assist with behaviour management and promote emotional well-being using positive support approaches.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reporting any concerns or changes in health or behaviour to senior staff.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues to implement effective care plans.

Requirements
